Homework

Homework is routinely given out at Mandale Mill on Thursday. This will consist of home work related to core subjects. Children learn phonics to a program called letters and sounds. Therefore you can expect home work to include spellings to learn related to the phase of letters and sounds that your child is currently in.

You and your child will have the option of returning the home work the following day, Friday, to allow for a homework-free weekend. Alternatively, if you or your child would prefer to do the homework at the weekend your child’s teacher will accept this on a Monday morning.

While school is closed, some teachers are ready to set you a challenge.  Take a look!
